The family of this South Caringbah home were feeling the squeeze and were in desperate need of some extra internal space. With room to grow we were able to add a house extension to the property along with providing a much needed external renovation.
The Builtworx team built a large-scale extension onto the home which created a new living space, an extra bedroom with walk-in robe as well as a gorgeous outdoor entertaining area. The entire home was then completely re-roofed to marry the old with the new seamlessly.
On top of the house extension, a new driveway was added, along with a carport and new front porch. The entire project was finished off with an update to the front facade including a new picket fence and fresh landscaping.
